KSBA ASSISTANT POLICY DIRECTOR
Frankfort-based position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance of public school district policies, procedures and other services for assigned districts. Position requires a minimum of a Master’s degree in education or related field (English major/minor preferred); minimum of three (3) years of classroom experience, administrative experience or experience in a related field. Individual must possess exceptional communication, interpersonal and writing skills; experience in planning, organizing and conducting quality presentations; and proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Access preferred). Individual must be a self-starter; have the ability to work under deadlines; and be highly organized and detail oriented. Work involves light travel. Full-time position/full employee benefit package, including membership in the Kentucky Teachers’ Retirement System.
