Youth Mental Health First Aid -ONLINE training

January 20, 2021 - 8:30am to 3:30pm

Youth Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders in youth. This 6-hour training gives adults who work with youth the skills they need to reach out and provide initial support to children and adolescents (ages 6-18) who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem and help connect them to the appropriate care.


All Trainings will be VIRTUAL via ZOOM

Sessions will be from 8:30am - 3:30pm.

First Aiders MUST complete a 2-hour, self-paced online class from 8:30am -10:30am the day of training and THEN participate in a 4-hour, Instructor-led videoconference from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm with a 30 minute break for lunch.
Once your registration is approved, you will receive an email with additional details including the pre-work and the link to the ZOOM room.

EILA and PD credit will be available.
